About: Headliner

If we are alike, it's likely that the tools that work for me

will also work for you!

Specialization

I cater to Highly Sensitive women who find themselves caught in codependency or in a relationship with a partner who has an avoidant attachment style [is emotionally unavailable]. My experience is with helping you move past the trauma into joy.

Education

My undergraduate degree is from California State University of Stanislaus in Sociology with a minor in Communications. My master's degree is in Applied Permaculture because I seek holistic health through gardening,  nature, and sustainable living.

Certificates

I was certified as an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist from 2020 by the Grief Recovery Institute.

My Signs

I am a Capricorn sun, Scorpio moon, and Virgo rising.

My Types

I'm an Enneagram number 9.

I'm an INFJ in the Myers-Briggs test. Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging.

INFJ Nines have the potential to be great spiritual seekers. Visionary, imaginative, and insightful perspective comes naturally to INFJs. They are typically very in touch with their intuition and feeling functions – anticipating possible conflicts, sensing emotional turmoil and pain in others, and are great at listening with insight and understanding.

The Gallup Strengthsfinder Test

My top 5 Signature Strengths are:

1. Restorative: I love to solve problems. I enjoy the challenge of analyzing the symptoms, identifying what is wrong and finding the solution.

2. Harmony:  I look for areas of agreement and seek to hold conflict and friction at a minimum. Finding the common ground and keeping the peace is one of my guiding values.

3. Connectedness: I believe things happen for a reason. Because we are all connected I believe we should not harm or exploit others. I am considerate, caring and accepting of others.

4. Relator: “Relator” describes my attitude toward my relationships.  I do not shy away from meeting new people but I derive a greater strength and pleasure from being around my close friends.  I am comfortable with intimacy.

5. Developer: I see the potential in others; each individual is a work in progress, alive with possibilities. When I interact with people my goal is to help them experience success.
